We are looking for customer service oriented people to staff our hiring events throughout the country. We’ll offer you flexibility in schedule (work when we have events), weekly pay and a fun environment.

What you'll do:
Provide excellent customer service to our applicants. Ensure they relaxed, welcomed, and valued. 
Share with our applicant all pertinent information regarding available assignment, to include policies, expectations, and requirements of the client. 
Ensure that all processes are completed within the interview process, including administering an oral drug test, collecting information such as ID and education, completing an I9 to verify work authorization. 
Ensure that each applicant knows all of the necessary details for their assignment and has the opportunity to have any and all questions answered. 
Other job functions as business demands
Ability to work overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis


What you'll need: 
1-2 years customer service experience in retail or hospitality
High-level comfort using web-based software as well as peripherals like webcams and scanners 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to work extended hours and/or Saturday/Sunday to meet business needs.
